- Where can I check my order details?
You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website at www.rimoura.com. Once logged in, head over to the “My Orders” section to see all your past and current orders.
Additionally, an order confirmation will always be sent to your registered email and contact number right after you place your order.
- Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes! You can update your delivery address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Once it leaves our warehouse, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make changes.
- The print on my product has slight irregularities. Why?
That’s the beauty of RIMOURA! Our pieces aren’t mass-produced in giant factories. They’re created in small artisan-led batches where human touch adds uniqueness.
This means there may be slight irregularities in the print or design—but that’s exactly what makes every RIMOURA outfit one-of-a-kind.
- The colour of the product looks different from the pictures. Why?
Every product is shot in carefully chosen lighting to represent its truest shade. Still, cameras and screens sometimes show colors differently than what the human eye perceives.
On top of that, since our clothes are artisan-made in batches, there might be the slightest shade variation across pieces. That’s the charm of handcrafted wear—you get something as unique as you are!
- Where can I find my tracking details?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive your tracking details via SMS and email.
Tip: Sometimes these emails land in your spam/junk folder, so don’t forget to check there too.
- Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we do offer reverse pickups for eligible returns within India.
However: Reverse pickup may not be available in some locations. In such cases, we may request you to self-ship the item back to us and we’ll credit the shipping charges to your Store Credit.
