What is your shipping timeline?

• All RIMOURA clothing products are usually delivered within 3 to 15 working days. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your pincode.
• Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email and contact number update with tracking details.
• ⚠ Please do not accept a parcel if it appears to be tampered with. RIMOURA will not be responsible for such cases.

Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?

• Yes, we provide reverse pickup for eligible exchanges within India.
• In rare cases where your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. The shipping charges is not include in such case.

Where can I find my tracking details?

• Once your order is shipped, your tracking details will be shared through our delivery partner via email and contact number. You can also track your order anytime directly on our website on the 'Track Your Order' page.
