Return & Exchanges Policy

At RIMOURA, we take pride in creating ethnic wear with love and detail. But if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Return or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange orders are placed once your return is picked up. In case your preferred item is out of stock, our team will connect with you for an alternative or process a refund.
  • Returns and Exchanges are free of cost (we’ll take care of the pickup shipping for you).
  • Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
  • In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

 

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Visit our Return Request link (to be shared on website).
  • State the reason for return and upload images in case of damage/defect.
  • A return pickup will be arranged for eligible pincodes. If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. Once approved, the shipping cost will be added back to your refund.
  • Ensure that all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn and unwashed.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be made directly to your original mode of payment.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 working days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes Quality Check.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via a secure online link sent to your registered email/phone. Please ensure you redeem it within 3 months.
  • In Case of COD, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A flat fee of shipping will be deducted from refunds (except in cases of damaged or wrong products).
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

 

Cancellation:

  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed after the order has been shipped.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In case of damaged, defective, or missing products, please raise a request with us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share images and details of the issue at support@rimoura.com Our team will guide you with the next steps for replacement or refund.
  • Please note: Slight irregularities in print, weave, or color are not considered defects - they are natural outcomes of handcrafted products and add to their uniqueness.

 

Final Note:

The company holds the right to make the final decision in all return, exchange, or refund cases.
